1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the TestSolution platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including teachers, school administrators, and institution owners.
2. Description of Service
TestSolution provides an online Grand Test generation platform for Pakistani educators. Features include automated and manual test paper creation, access to past papers, board-pattern alignment, topic selection, and downloadable test formats. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
One account is issued per subscription. Sharing account credentials with other schools or individuals is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
4. Subscription & Payments
TestSolution offers subscription plans of 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. Payment is due upfront before account activation. We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Allied Bank transfers.
Activation: Accounts are activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation via WhatsApp.
Renewals: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will be notified before expiry.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except in cases of technical failure attributable to TestSolution.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are unaffected until their current term ends.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute access to the platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy platform content at scale
- Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Upload content that violates copyright or third-party rights
- Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers or infrastructure
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the TestSolution platform — including test paper templates, question banks, curriculum data, software, and design — is the intellectual property of TestSolution. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own educational institution. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Test papers you generate using our platform for your school's internal use remain yours. You may not publish or sell them commercially.
7. Availability & Uptime
We aim to maintain the platform available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
TestSolution is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss, errors in generated content, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in a way that harms other users or the platform. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
